October 20th, 2023 – By invitation of the Ningxia Provincial Health Commission, Director Ma from the Maternal & Children’s Healthcare Section, accompanied by Dr. Qiu and Dr Yang, met with CMF to discuss how Every Baby Rescued could benefit Ningxia. It was an honor to meet Dr. Qiu, who was amongst the first batch of doctors to be trained at Shanghai Children’s Medical Center, and is now the Neonatal Department Head of Ningxia Medical University Hospital. Dr. Yang represented Yinchuan First People’s Hospital, CMF’s 6th established NICU.
