HKU Partners with Fudan for Final Program Evaluation!
We are thrilled to announce that the School of Public Health at the University of Hong Kong, led by Prof. Bernal and Prof. Bishai, is collaborating with Fudan University’s School of Public Health, under the leadership of Prof. Jiang Hong, on the final evaluation of our program. This initiative includes a total of 41 sites—28 in Yunnan and 13 in Guizhou. Fudan has already begun collecting data from participating hospitals, with site visits scheduled for September 2025.
In this partnership, Fudan will lead field operations and data analysis, while HKU will provide essential technical support and quality assurance. The final report is anticipated to be completed by February 2026.
We also want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our generous donors for their critical support and patience as we awaited the completion of all evaluations. This approach allows us to achieve economies of scale and maximize our impact on the lives of children in need. Together, we are fostering a brighter future for underprivileged children.
