We’re proud to share exciting developments in our neonatal training efforts in Central Gansu, where your support is helping to cultivate a brighter future for newborns.
In our mission to enhance neonatal care, we welcomed a diverse second cohort of five committed healthcare professionals—two doctors and three nurses—from our Every Baby Rescued sites in Linxia and Dingxi, as well as the Central Gansu Remote & Urgent Action site in Zhangye. These dedicated clinicians are now engaged in a six-month intensive training program at the renowned Children’s Hospital of Fudan University, which kicked off in June and September.
This immersive program is not just about learning; it’s about empowering these professionals with advanced skills that they can implement in real-world situations. Once they return to their home hospitals, they will be vital in reinforcing neonatal intensive care services, ensuring that life-saving treatments reach the most vulnerable newborns in rural and underserved communities.
