From November 18-23, 2024, the Children’s Medical Foundation Program team gathered for our first-ever one-week Retreat at our headquarters in Hong Kong. This event was a significant milestone, providing a valuable opportunity for deeper communication among the Board, our Hong Kong team, and our pro bono partners.
The Retreat not only strengthened team cohesion but also allowed us to collaboratively build our annual plan for 2025. This collective effort has set a strong foundation for the ongoing success and development of our initiatives in the future.
