CMF SEEKS URGENT FUNDING TO REALISE THE “EVERY BABY RESCUED” OBJECTIVES
Your generous pledge help reduce preventable newborn deaths, strengthen the health systems serving rural and minority families, and bring greater equity to newborn healthcare. Your donation has a multiplier effect. For each $1 you donate, our program hospitals invest an average of $10x in neonatal care.
We have several urgent funding needs:
1) Four county hospitals in Zhaotong and Dali in Yunnan have an urgent need to build their Neonatal Rescue Centers. We need HKD1,070,000 for this program.
2) Owing to the success of CMF’s program evaluation in December and an urgent newborn mortality situation, the Yunnan Provincial Health Commission has invited CMF to bring our Every Baby Rescued – Remote and Urgent Action program to this minority region where no Overseas NGOs can work. Capital Group will likely be the anchor sponsor. We need HKD940,000.
3) 10 county hospitals in Guizhou launch in July and need HKD1,000,000 to launch
Together we may deliver this time-sensitive intervention, to reach every child requiring critical medical attention.
