Since 2017, CSC Global, formerly known as Intertrust, has been a vital pro bono partner for the Children’s Medical Foundation (CMF), providing invaluable company secretarial support. We are deeply grateful for the steadfast commitment and generous contributions from the CSC Global team, which have significantly enhanced our operations.
Under the guidance of Donald Tsang, CMF has benefitted from company secretarial strategic tax advisory services, ensuring our governance frameworks remain robust. Since 2024, we have also been fortunate to receive accounting support led by Alex Chan, further solidifying their role as an essential extension of the CMF team.
Introduced by Ashurst, an important pro bono legal partner since 2016, the pairing has ensured that CMF is able to safeguard our Section 88 charitable status, and handle complex company secretarial and legal issues that arise.
