December 2024 – As the Every Baby Rescued’s County Neonatal Care Unit initiative progressed across Zunyi, Tongren, and Bijie prefectures in Guizhou, the 13 participating county-level hospitals committed their medical teams to the program. The remaining neonatal intensive care medical teams are currently undergoing the final phase of training at Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital.
After 17 years in Guizhou, County Neonatal Care Unit Program completed this December 2024, officially concluding the comprehensive Every Baby Rescued capacity building initiative for Guizhou province. The program will leave a sustainable solution for neonatal healthcare for the future of Guizhou child health.
