Sunday, January 17th, 2016, Edith Chen Children’s Medical Foundation (CMF) Ambassador, Estella Huang Lung, the Interim Executive Director of CMF, and Eileen Tung CMF’s Save-A-Baby Ambassador talked through their experience in being part of CMF to the Marie Claire Magazine.
Being a mom and sharing the same values with CMF’s mission are the key reasons for their devotion to current initiative; reducing the mortality rate of neonates in rural China.
“CMF’s current programs sustainably improve the level of neonatal services and accessibility of neonatal care in local hospitals”, said Eileen. “In the future, CMF will continue focus on development of neonatal care, and work with universities to attract youth in neonatology”, Estella told the Marie Claire about CMF’s coming emphasis.
