Twelve pediatric department chiefs from rural county hospitals in Mianyang, Bazhong, and Ya’an regions, Sichuan, travelled to Shanghai Children’s Medical Center, to train with the nation’s best. There, they knowledge-transferred hospital management protocol, to develop sustainable practices for their own rural hospital.
Department heads continue proliferating neonatal healthcare in their region and becoming future panelists for their field of work.
